Job Description:

As a Principal TPM, you won't just manage a backlog. You will define how AI scales across our enterprise, partnering with enterprise architects and engineering teams to build and operationalize a centralized enterprise AI platform. You will own the platform lifecycle from initial experimentation and sandbox usage through production deployment and enterprise adoption, accelerating our long-term vision of an AI-native organization.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the product strategy, technical design, and end-to-end lifecycle management for our core enterprise AI platform, driving adoption from sandbox to production across multiple business units.
  • Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Serve as the central technical bridge across enterprise architecture, engineering, security, and governance teams to translate complex technical discussions into epics, stories, and executable engineering work.
  • Architecture & Scale: Drive the product requirements for high-throughput, low-latency architectures-ensuring our AI systems are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized.
  • Process Formulation & Governance: Establish and formalize operational processes, support models, rules of engagement, and governance frameworks to drive safe, compliant enterprise adoption.
  • Agentic AI & Continuous Evolution: Oversee the integration of modern AI capabilities and agentic frameworks (such as Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot) to automate manual enterprise workflows.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 7+ years of combined deep technical experience spanning Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research, with a proven track record of shipping platform-level products.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; proven ability to influence executive leadership and deeply technical engineering teams without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated familiarity with enterprise AI tools and modern ecosystems (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI concepts, and Vector DBs).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training infrastructure (Kubernetes, Slurm, GPU/TPU orchestration).
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, Jira backlog management, and coordinating dependencies across multiple engineering teams and boards.


Annual Pay Range:
111,900 - 158,000 USD
