This role will be based in either New York, Chicago, Sunnyvale, or San Francisco.
As a Technical Account Manager, you will own the technical success of a portfolio of Large, global and enterprise customers by driving successful technical strategy, integration adoption, optimization, and value realization of LinkedIn Talent Solutions (LTS). You will act as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with customer stakeholders and internal account teams to proactively manage and mitigate risks, and scale customer use of LinkedIn products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for a segments of LinkedIn's largest customers.
- Build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Provide guidance on integrations, architecture, and best practices (APIs, SSO, data flows).
- Translate business requirements into technical recommendations and solution designs.
- Own the technical delivery across the customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, optimization).
- Conduct technical health checks and identify adoption or performance risks.
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and coordinate resolution.
- Analyze usage data to drive adoption and improve outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, CSM, Product and Engineering teams.
- Provide structured product feedback and advocate for customer needs.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
- 6+ years' experience in Technical Account Management, Solutions Engineering, Technical Project Management or similar roles.
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud platforms and implementing agentic solutions.
- Experience building Agents, delivering Solution Architecture and AI Compliance Consults.
- Ability to identify churn risks and provide proactive retention strategy for customers in a given book of accounts
- 2+ years' experience with enterprise integrations (APIs, SSO, data systems).
- 2+ years' experience supporting enterprise customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage customer relationships independently.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong understanding of system integrations and architecture.

The pay range for this role is $117,000 - $190,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
