What You'll do:
Supports senior management by driving strategic initiatives, developing and tracking business plans, optimizing executive operations, and enhancing organizational efficiency through leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsible for implementing, improving, supporting, and leading the processes, strategies, communications, and tools for technical organizations to enhance operational efficiency and competitive advantage in technical business areas. Must have thorough knowledge of the technical organization including processes, procedures, tools, applications, and systems, coupled with a strong business background to fully support the technical organization.

Strategic Planning and Operational Efficiency: Drive the development and execution of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and optimizing executive operations.
• Performance Monitoring and Decision Support: Develop performance metrics, track progress against business plans, and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop staff to ensure high performance and professional growth, fostering a collaborative and high-functioning team environment.
• Resource and Budget Management: Manage and optimize resource allocation, oversee budget planning, and ensure effective financial management to support district initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Representation: Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments, represent senior management in their absence, and build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Internal Process Design and Implementation: Define, design, and implement processes and process improvements within the technical organization. Deploy tools and implement Agile methodology.
• Compliance Support: Create and manage compliance policies, standards, and processes; manage audit and compliance reviews; conduct process and quality reviews and audits; conduct vendor management and relations; oversee disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
• Financial Oversight: Conduct financial modeling and analysis, prepare and review business cases, and manage IT project management, front door processes, and financials.
• Analysis and Reporting: Develop and maintain metrics, scorecards, and performance analyses; identify performance gaps and recommend solutions.
• Planning and Strategy: Coordinate infrastructure programs and manage roadmaps; engage in strategic and tactical planning activities; create communications for technical organizations.
What You'll need:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired, with 5+ years of related professional experience.
Strong financial acumen, including the ability to understand budgets, evaluate financial impacts, and support sound business decisions.
Demonstrated program and/or project management experience, with the ability to manage priorities, coordinate cross-functional activities, track deliverables, and drive projects to completion.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, concise, and direct communication style.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
Job Contribution: An expert in their field, applying broad business knowledge and strategic insight surrounding emerging trends and technologies to solve complex problems and drive organizational results. Leads critical, high-impact projects and designs and implements innovative business strategies. Works with minimal oversight, frequently consulting senior leadership and influencing executive decisions. Serves as a mentor and assists others with challenging issues.
