Job Summary & ResponsibilitiesThe ERP Functional Analyst for "Field Services" is responsible for supporting, enhancing, and optimizing Oracle ERP solutions that enable Field Service operations across the enterprise. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to ensure system stability, data accuracy, reporting visibility, and continuous improvement of service-related processes.
The position supports
production incidents, enhancement initiatives, and
analytics/reporting needs, while working extensively with
large volumes of ERP data.
Key ResponsibilitiesFunctional Ownership - Act as functional SME for Field Service-related business processes within Oracle ERP
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system designs
- Configure, test, and deploy ERP enhancements and fixes
Operational Support - Provide production support, including incident triage, root-cause analysis, and resolution
- Support business users with change requests, enhancements, and process improvements
- Participate in release planning and regression testing
Data, Reporting & Analytics - Work with large and complex data sets within Oracle ERP
- Support business stakeholders in developing, validating, and enhancing:
- Partner with technical teams to validate data using SQL/PL/SQL where required
Collaboration & Documentation - Create functional design documents, test scripts, and training materials
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Reporting teams
- Ensure data integrity and process compliance across integrated modules
QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience Functional Expertise - Service requests and work orders
- Service contracts and warranty processes
- Integration with Inventory, Order Management, and Billing
Data & Support - Experience supporting large ERP datasets
- Proven experience in incident management and enhancement delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Business Suite (EBS) - Service modules (CS / Install Base / Depot Repair as applicable)
Desirable / Preferred Skills Oracle Fusion Cloud - Field Service or Maintenance Management
- Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI)
- Oracle PL/SQL for data validation and analysis
- Report and dashboard development (BI Publisher, OTBI)
- Experience in semiconductor, equipment manufacturing, or high-tech industries
Education Bachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, Business, or related field
Compensation & Growth• Base Salary Range:
$128,000.00 - $192,000.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
