This position supports a bi-coastal team, but candidate would need to be onsite in either Melbourne FL, or Palmdale, CA, Position requires someone in the office, and cannot accommodate a telecommute option. This position is seeking a highly motivated, strong communicator to join the Global Supply Chain Program Management (GSCPM) – Business Operations team. Salary Range: Melbourne, FL (Level 3): 81,400-122,000 Melbourne, FL (Level 4): 101,400-152,200 Palmdale, CA (Level 3): 94,200-141,200 Palmdale, CA (Level 4): 117.500-176,300 Tasks include: - Provide dedicated support to GSCPM responsible and accountable for the strategy, planning, execution and integration of all GSC activities within respective Program Business Area - Act as the GSC focal for the Program Management Office (PMO), coordinate/collaborate cross-functionally with all Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure supply chain commitments are met in support of Prime Contract requirements - Facilitation of meetings, actions and deliverables, which often include senior leadership - Candidate must be able to make sound decisions, or ask for guidance in a timely manner, display strong interpersonal skills, and have an agile perspective. - Helps lead and manage GSC team through all proposal efforts, material strategy and overall successful execution in accordance with Program cost and schedule budgets, Procurement and Subcontract processes/procedures and Prime Customer requirements - Develops and manages appropriate mitigation plans to address any programmatic risks related to suppliers and GSC - Supports all GP material CAM responsibilities, including management of Earned Value metrics and Estimates at Complete (EACs) for GSC general procurement material across multiple high dollar contracts - Ability to manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks/projects Principal Project Management Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience, Master's Degree with 3 years of experience or in lieu of degree with 9 years of experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business/Financial Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to obtain and maintain an active government Secret Clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Senior Principal Project Management Basic Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience, Master's Degree with 6 years of experience or in lieu of degree with 12 years of experience in one or more of the following: Supply Chain, Project/Program Management, Business/Financial Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to obtain and maintain an active government Secret Clearance and Program Special Access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management, Supply chain, Business Management, and Operations Management experience - Cost, Estimating, CAM (Control Account Management), and/or EVM (Earned Value Management) experience - Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, V Lookup - Strong business acumen - Experience with SAP - Process mapping and process improvement experience - Ability to work independently with minimal direction using continuous problem solving - Ability to lead through, overcome and adapt to obstacles and challenges; Deals effectively with change and challenges and helps others to do the same - Active government Secret or Top Secret Clearance, with Program Special access Primary Level Salary Range: $81,400.00 - $141,200.00 Secondary Level Salary Range: $101,400.00 - $176,300.00 The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
