This role will be working onsite in Union, West Virginia.
What You Will Do:
- Provide technical guidance to the businesses leadership team to ensure effective execution of EH&S Management System requirements.
- Find and advocate for EH&Scompliant ways to enable programs to proceed per customer specification and schedule.
- Support the organization to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence with EH&S standards and procedures.
- Own one or more site EH&S programs.
- Foster an EH&S culture of collaboration and shared responsibility.
- Interact with hourly, management, and contractors in support of EH&S program implementation.
- Work on cross-functional projects that interface with other groups, external to and within the core EH&S team.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of metrics.
- Support incident management from investigation through corrective action implementation.
- Ensure required EH&S training is provided to workforce as well as any other customized/process-specific EH&S training.
- Perform technical reviews, risk assessments, analyses, and inspections of processes/facilities.
- Support assurance reviews, VPP assessments, and program evaluations as well as other internal reviews.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple tasks and projects.
- Be able to work in a fastpaced manufacturing setting and environment.
- Assist with improvement and maintenance of EH&S documentation and EH&S (Software) systems.
- Travel up to 10 %.
What You Will Learn:
- Champion EH&Scompliant solutions that enable our programs to meet customer specifications and deadlines.
- Learn to oversee incident management processes, from investigation to corrective actions, and ensure timely reporting of EH&S metrics.
- Learn to conduct technical reviews, risk assessments, and support internal evaluations.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- 5 years of experience in EH&S.
- Experience using MS Excel chart creating and data analysis.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidates work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
