Job Description SummaryDay-to-day EHS supporting field service activities and outage execution within Fossil Americas segment. Reports to Fossil Americas EHS Leader. Supports Technical Field Advisors (TFA) with EHS technical guidance and coordinating on-site EHS activities, risk assessments, inspections, industrial hygiene protocols, and GEV Life Saving Rules implementation.
Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities
• Provides specialized knowledge in areas of high-risk operations (CSE, hot-work, work at heights, energy isolation, etc.) GEV Life Saving Rules, and industrial hygiene. Tracking and validating EHS event learning, read across, and risk reduction projects.
• Has in-depth knowledge of event management and investigation methodology. Coordinates and co-leads on-site event investigations.
• Conducts periodic on-site EHS inspections and oversees onsite action tracking.
• Acts as resource for Non-SP EHS Site Safety Support.
• Availability and support for Service Director, CSM, and TFA led EHS initiatives and risk reduction projects.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience specific to EHS.
Desired Characteristics
• Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to foster strong Stop Work Authority culture.
• Strong background in industrial hygiene management and sampling methodologies (asbestos, lead carbonate).
• Professional certification (ASP, CSP, CIH) or clear and active pathway to credential.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $85,500.00 and $142,600.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
