Full Job Description
The Principal Sourcing Manager serves as the on-site sourcing partner for the Nashville Device Care Center, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, and GREF to support effective and efficient sourcing outcomes. This role helps translate enterprise sourcing strategies into practical, site-level execution by providing structure, insight, and commercial guidance. The individual will need to collaborate with stakeholders to enhance visibility, streamline supplier engagement, and strengthen continuity of supply, while supporting cost efficiency and operational agility. A key focus is on evolving sourcing practices in a way that balances speed, flexibility, and governance enabling teams to operate effectively while benefiting from scalable, transparent sourcing approaches.

What You'll Do

On-Site Sourcing Partnership & Vendor Support
  • Act as the primary on-site sourcing partner for the Nashville DCC.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to support day-to-day needs and priorities.
  • Provide guidance on supplier considerations including capacity, performance, and risk.
  • Partner with teams to incorporate sourcing perspectives early in planning and decision-making.

End-to-End Sourcing Collaboration
  • Facilitate sourcing processes from requirements definition through implementation and transition to BAU.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Facilities, Finance, Legal, and GREF to ensure aligned and seamless execution.
  • Support the implementation of contracts, catalogues, and purchasing frameworks that enable efficient and compliant buying.


Buying Practices & Enablement
  • Promote consistent and effective buying practices across the DCC.
  • Provide clarity, tools, and support to help teams make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Partner with stakeholders to simplify processes and encourage adoption of preferred sourcing channels.


Supplier Strategy & Value Realization
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the supplier landscape, improving resilience and operational simplicity.
  • Support delivery of cost efficiencies and productivity improvements aligned with enterprise priorities.
  • Balance immediate opportunities with longer-term enhancements to sourcing approaches.


Performance Insight & Continuous Improvement
  • Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Provide insights on spend, usage, and supplier trends to inform decision-making.
  • Act as a collaborative change partner, helping teams realize the benefits of structured sourcing while maintaining operational momentum.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required (MBA/Master's a plus).
  • 8+ years' experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement with end-to-end ownership (RFx through BAU).
  • Experience operating in fast-paced operational, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
  • Strong capability across supplier performance management, continuity of supply, and vendor risk.
  • Proven delivery of cost optimization, supplier consolidation, and governed buying adoption. Solid commercial, financial, and contract acumen; able to influence cross-functional stakeholders.


Pay Range:
$103,800.00 - $173,300.00

Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
