We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Principal Software Engineerto join our Amends, Post transactions team.. In this crucial role, you will be at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing innovative software solutions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Pre purchase and transaction business and product partners, to understand how we can leverage technology to enhance customer engagement, improve associate productivity, or bring in operational efficiencies.

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex solutions that drive business results.

  • Work cross-functionally with business, product, data science, front-end engineering, Java Backend engineering and data engineering teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
  • Effectively communicate technical work to senior/executive leaders in both technical and non-technical settings.
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI technologies and trends, serving as a thought leader who inspires and guides teams to harness AI for improving productivity


What you'll bring:
  • Deep knowledge and experience in building complex, large-scale, mission-critical applications with microservice architecture in Kubernetes.
  • Highly resourceful and methodical in solution/architecture/API/codebase design and ability to translate product requirement into engineering blueprint.
  • Familiarity with GenAI/LLMs and related tooling ecosystem a plus.
  • Experience developing and maintaining SDLC processes and best practices, including code reviews, automated testing, performance optimization, and model monitoring.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize requirements across multiple domains and influence stakeholders/peer teams for strategic alignment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an ability to approach problems in a logical and systematic manner
