Position Summary...
The (USA) Distinguished Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, reliable software solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires expertise in software architecture, coding standards, and operational due diligence to drive innovation and optimize system performance. The engineer will analyze requirements, guide teams through solution design, and ensure quality through rigorous testing and continuous integration practices. A strategic mindset is essential to prioritize enhancements, mitigate risks, and support deployment pipelines, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement across product portfolios.

What you'll do...
  • Analyze and scope requirements to align solutions with business objectives, prioritizing features to deliver minimum viable products.
  • Design scalable, modular software architectures ensuring reliability, performance, and security across distributed systems.
  • Develop maintainable, testable code adhering to coding standards and optimize application functionality and usability.
  • Lead testing strategies, including test case development and execution, to ensure comprehensive coverage and defect resolution.

Bentonville, Arkansas US-10735: The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00 - $260,000.00

Sunnyvale, California US-11656: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
