Position Summary...
The Principal Software Engineer in Information Security will lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business objectives. This role requires expertise in coding standards, threat modeling, and telemetry integration within cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure and GCP). The position involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical strategies, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to security and policy standards. The successful candidate will guide business teams in developing resilient systems, automate processes, and support defect management to maintain high availability and performance across critical applications.

What you'll do...
  • Lead design and implementation of secure, scalable software solutions aligned with business requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze needs, communicate technical strategies, and influence security outcomes.
  • Guide coding practices and frameworks to ensure maintainability, performance, and compliance with security protocols.
  • Drive telemetry integration and continuous monitoring to enhance system reliability and threat detection.
  • Oversee defect management, root cause analysis, and resolution to maintain software quality and security posture.
  • Mentor engineering teams on best practices in threat modeling, solution design, and secure development lifecycle.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
