What you will be doing- Serve as the strategic recruiting lead for one or more technical domains, with a specific focus on hiring Responsible Engineers
- Identify, engage, and evaluate bar-raising technical depth and leadership while screening for strong alignment with Neros' mission, values, and culture
- Architect and execute bespoke, highly targeted sourcing strategies to engage top-tier senior candidates
- Partner with senior engineering and technical leaders across Neros to shape hiring strategy, advise on talent market dynamics, and build the recruiting engine to continue growing our world-class technical team
You should have the following- 8+ years of progressive experience in recruiting within high performance environments such as hyper-growth startups, executive search, or venture capital
- Exceptional track record of hiring senior hardware engineering talent
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to rapidly and effectively understand and evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds and skills
- Expert sourcing and research skills for senior talent, including market mapping, talent intelligence, outbound sequencing, referrals, and community-based strategies
- Demonstrated ability to build and leverage recruiting analytics to drive decisions and process improvements
- Ability to rapidly iterate, adapt, and ingest new information
- A strong sense of mission and a desire to have impact at scale

US Salary Range$205,000 - $275,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
