What you will be doingNeros is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Planning & Systems to lead the planning processes, team structure, and systems roadmap that support our next stage of production scale. This role will own demand and material planning accuracy, drive ERP/MRP and planning tool improvements, and create the operating cadence needed to support growing SKU count and high-volume production targets.
Responsibilities- Lead the Supply Chain Planning & Systems team, including material planning, demand planning, and supply chain systems
- Own the demand/supply planning cadence and ensure forecast, material, inventory, and production assumptions are translated into executable plans
- Drive S&OP/S&OE process ownership for Supply Chain, including cross-functional inputs, constraint reviews, planning actions, and follow-through
- Improve forecast accuracy, planning discipline, and inventory health through metrics, root-cause analysis, and process improvements
- Define and execute the planning systems/tools roadmap across ERP/MRP, planning workflows, reporting, and data quality
- Reduce business risk from planning misses, including expedite fees, premium freight, shortages, and excess or obsolete material
You should have the following- 7+ years of experience in supply chain planning, material planning, demand planning, S&OP, supply chain systems, or related operations roles
- 2+ years of people management or direct team leadership experience, preferably leading planners, analysts, project managers, or supply chain systems/process owners
- Demonstrated ownership of demand planning, supply planning, material planning, or S&OP/NSOP cadence in a manufacturing environment
- Strong ERP/MRP knowledge, including planning parameters, BOMs, lead times, purchase signals, inventory policy, master data quality, and planning exception management
- Experience improving forecast accuracy, inventory health, production readiness, and cross-functional planning discipline through metrics and structured operating reviews
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Finance, Engineering, Procurement, and leadership to align plans and resolve constraints
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use planning data, inventory data, and operational metrics to identify root causes and drive process changes
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; able to translate ambiguous business requirements into process, systems, and team priorities
- Comfortable operating in a fast-scaling environment where process ownership, systems maturity, and production targets are evolving quickly
Nice to have- Experience scaling planning processes in aerospace, defense, robotics, hardware, electronics, or other complex manufacturing environments
- Experience implementing or materially improving ERP/MRP, advanced planning tools, BI dashboards, or supply chain reporting infrastructure
- Experience managing planning through rapid SKU growth, new product introduction, or high-volume production ramp
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing, production control, inventory optimization, or cost-of-poor-planning metrics such as expedite fees, premium freight, shortages, and E&O
US Salary Range$169,000 - $236,500 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
