Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Information Security or Security Operations
• Expertise in managing security tools such as IAM, IPS, and SIEM
• Strong knowledge of security monitoring, detection, and response
• Ability to lead and motivate team members effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with a strong analytical mindset
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Account for the team's effectiveness and overall success
• Establish a cross-training system within the team for operational continuity
• Monitor and analyze security events, filtering false positives
• Escalate incidents based on established response processes
• Collaborate on enhancing security processes and procedures
• Manage and maintain a variety of security tools and documentation
• Protect confidential data from unauthorized access and disclosure.
