Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in R&D or a similar industry role.
• In-depth knowledge of Care & Treats process equipment and raw materials.
• Proven experience in knowledge capture and functional capability development.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results through technical leadership.
• Skilled in collaborating and influencing diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct the R&D team on complex technical projects and innovative solutions.
• Translate technology ideas into tangible models and prototypes.
• Provide expert knowledge on food science principles relevant to manufacturing.
• Assist in developing test plans, executing experiments, and analyzing data.
• Drive knowledge management initiatives and build functional capabilities in R&D.
• Collaborate with Supply-Engineering to manage scale-up risks related to new technologies.
• Identify and deliver intellectual property opportunities in established and new markets.
