Role Overview:This is a Principal Product Manager role with a primary focus on SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Billing solutions, including SAP BRIM. The position involves leading enterprise technology initiatives, driving Quote-to-Cash business processes, and potentially participating in M&A integrations. It is a hands-on role requiring deep SAP expertise and the ability to operate independently in a cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead enterprise-scale initiatives as a Product Manager.
- Drive requirements, manage stakeholders, and own delivery across multiple teams.
- Operate independently and lead cross-functional discussions.
- Participate in or lead Merger & Acquisition (M&A) integration initiatives, including integration of acquired companies, products, systems, pricing models, and Quote-to-Cash operational processes.
Required Skills:- Strong Product Management experience leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Deep expertise in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD, SAP Order-to-Cash.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Billing solutions (SAP BRIM preferred, SAP Hybris Billing acceptable).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash business processes.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integrations, APIs, and system architecture.
- Local to San Jose / Bay Area or able to work onsite regularly.
Qualifications:- 12+ years of experience in SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and systems.
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering enterprise technology solutions.
Preferred Skills:- Exposure to CPQ platforms (e.g., CPQ Pros or similar).
- Exposure to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
- Understanding of CPQ 12 CLM 12 SAP integration flows.
- M&A integration experience.
- Experience with SaaS, Subscription, Consumption-based business models.
- Salesforce CRM integration exposure.
- Exposure to Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Invoicing (CI).
