This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

Blue Origin is assembling the leadership team that will enable humanity's future in space. As a founding member of our Talent Acquisition Program Manager Team, you'll play a meaningful role in this vision by leading sophisticated, enterprise-wide initiatives that directly impact our most ambitious space programs. You will establish governance frameworks, drive process excellence across business units, and serve as a trusted business partner to leadership while articulating clear program vision and implementing data-driven talent strategies. This role demands exceptional leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams globally, strategic thinking to align talent programs with Blue Origin's mission, and the ability to influence executive stakeholders-positioning Blue Origin as the world-class destination for aerospace talent and advancing humanity's journey to space!

Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping talent acquisition strategy across global operations
  • Translate complex metrics and industry insights into compelling narratives that inform executive decision making
  • Co-create organizational talent strategies aligned with mission-critical objectives
  • Identify emerging talent trends and technologies to develop competitive advantage
  • Quantify business impact of talent programs with clear ROI frameworks
  • Orchestrate consensus among global stakeholders to secure executive sponsorship for critical initiatives


Program Excellence & Governance
  • Design global enterprise-wide governance frameworks that systematically identify risks and enhance program execution

  • Optimize resource allocation across competing priorities with data-driven decision making
  • Establish program management centers of excellence while developing future talent

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 10+ years leading enterprise or business unit scale programs with measurable organizational impact
  • Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives transforming talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated success partnering with C-suite to influence organizational direction
  • Experience leading change management initiatives across global teams
  • Deep expertise in strategic resource planning and program optimization
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • Senior-level program management certification (PgMP, PMP, or equivalent)
  • Experience leading talent transformation in high-growth, technology organizations
  • Demonstrated thought leadership through speaking engagements or publications
  • Exceptional data literacy with ability to derive insights from complex datasets
  • Experience integrating emerging technologies into talent acquisition
  • Track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams across international boundaries


Base Pay Range for:
WA applicants is $157,059.00 - $219,882.60
