Full Job Description
Job Description

The Technical Delivery organization serves as the execution and delivery orchestration layer between Customer Management, Technical Demand, Capacity Management, Product, Engineering, Data Center Build, Networking, Operations, and regional delivery teams. The team is responsible for converting accepted strategic customer demand into executable delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, decisions, and handover criteria.

As a PM - Strategic Customer Delivery, you will own the integrated delivery motion for an assigned portfolio of strategic customers. You will maintain the complete delivery picture from accepted delivery baseline through documented handover, ensuring functional milestones are connected to customer commitments and critical-path risks are visible early.

You will not replace functional execution teams. Instead, you will own integrated visibility, cross-functional orchestration, decision tracking, escalation, and leadership reporting so strategic customer deliveries can move forward with clarity and accountability.

Responsibilities

  • Own integrated delivery planning and execution visibility for assigned strategic customer programs.

  • Maintain the accepted delivery baseline, including scope, sites, delivery units, dates, assumptions, dependencies, risks, and handover requirements.

  • Connect functional milestones across capacity, site readiness, hardware, storage, networking, provisioning, validation, operations, and customer prerequisites into one customer-level delivery view.

  • Drive the customer delivery cadence with Customer Management, Technical Demand, Capacity Management, Engineering, Data Center Build, Networking, Operations, and regional delivery teams.

  • Track committed dates, trending dates, schedule variance, recovery plans, and decision points.

  • Identify critical-path risks, blockers, ownership gaps, dependency issues, readiness concerns, and data-quality issues early.

  • Develop mitigation plans, escalation paths, and decision-ready updates to keep strategic customer commitments on track.

  • Provide leadership visibility into delivery health, customer impact, risks, tradeoffs, blockers, and required decisions.

  • Ensure material dependencies have clear owners, target dates, evidence, impact, and escalation paths.

  • Coordinate documented handover of accepted delivery scope with required evidence, open exceptions, residual items, owners, and next steps.

  • Ensure functional teams remain accountable for technical execution while Technical Delivery maintains integrated visibility, orchestration, and escalation.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Cloud Infrastructure Delivery, Technical Operations, Capacity Delivery, Platform Delivery, Customer Engineering, or related disciplines.

  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional delivery programs across engineering, operations, infrastructure, capacity, and customer-facing teams.

  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure delivery, including capacity fulfillment, service readiness, technical dependencies, data center dependencies, networking readiness, and operational execution.

  • Experience managing strategic customer programs, mission-critical delivery commitments, or large-scale infrastructure programs.

  • Proven ability to translate high-level customer, business, or capacity objectives into actionable delivery plans with owners, milestones, risks, and decision points.

  • Strong program management fundamentals, including milestone planning, dependency management, risk management, escalation management, and status reporting.

  • Ability to synthesize fragmented technical and operational information into one decision-grade delivery view.

  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and drive clarity across multiple teams.

  • Strong executive communication skills, including crisp status reporting, risk summaries, and decision framing.

  • Ability to distinguish coordination ownership from technical execution ownership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with data center delivery, network engineering, network deployment, infrastructure engineering, or large-scale cloud infrastructure execution is highly preferred.

  • Experience supporting AI infrastructure programs, GPU capacity delivery, strategic customer workloads, or mission-critical cloud services.

  • Experience working with capacity, site, power, hardware, network, storage, provisioning, validation, and operations teams.

  • Experience translating technical or operational details into clear delivery plans, risk summaries, executive updates, and decision points.

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, dashboards, program reporting, dependency tracking, and operational review mechanisms.

Key Skills

  • Technical Program Management

  • Delivery Planning and Execution

  • Cloud Infrastructure Delivery

  • Capacity and Fulfillment Alignment

  • Risk and Dependency Management
