  • Drive change adoption through playbooks, training materials, stakeholder engagement, and continuous feedback loops.

  • Identify recurring delivery process gaps and convert them into practical operating improvements.

  • Improve clarity around decision rights, accountability transfers, exception handling, and handover expectations.

  • Ensure incomplete or unqualified delivery records remain visible without automatically being treated as Delivery execution failures.

  • Support leadership reporting by improving data quality, metric definitions, governance cadence, and operating model adoption.

  • Ensure Technical Delivery has clear, repeatable mechanisms for acceptance, execution tracking, risk escalation, and documented handover.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Operations, Business Operations, Technical Operations, Cloud Infrastructure Delivery, or related disciplines.

  • Experience designing or improving operating models, governance mechanisms, lifecycle processes, or execution frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of program governance, metrics, process design, change management, and operational excellence.

  • Experience working across business, operations, engineering, tooling, and leadership teams.

  • Ability to turn ambiguous strategy into practical processes, controls, playbooks, and measurable adoption.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, dashboards, source ownership, and reporting standards.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including leadership-ready operating updates and decision materials.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cloud infrastructure, data center, network, capacity, platform, or large-scale technical delivery environments.

  • Experience building delivery scorecards, risk frameworks, operating cadences, adoption plans, or executive reporting mechanisms.
