About the RoleAs Principal Product Manager, Forward Deployment, you own the platform layer beneath our applications - the reusable services, configurability, and deployment patterns that let a capability built once extend cleanly across regions and customers. You'll work at the hip with our white-glove and customer-facing teams to understand how customers adopt and customize Protégé, then translate those insights into platform investments that make deployment faster, stickier, and more repeatable: a team in one region extending capabilities into another, or a customer configuring the product to fit their own end-to-end workflows. This is a hands-on, technically deep role - you'll shape how the platform is built and define what becomes common, shared capability versus what stays local (data sovereignty, content supply, language). You'll set the value metrics for reuse and stickiness and own the outcomes.
