About The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly strategic, data-driven Principal Product Manager to own and scale our Delivery as a Service (DaaS) offering. Your core mission will be to partner deeply with business stakeholders to scale the platform, establishing the robust processes, product frameworks, and technical foundations required for growth. In this role, you will lead complex API and platform integrations with external partners, serving as the definitive subject matter expert for the entire lifecycle of a DaaS delivery. You must be able to go both "deep and wide"-understanding the intricate technical details of a delivery lifecycle, while maintaining a holistic view of the ecosystem so you know exactly which cross-functional teams to pull in, and when, to ensure success.

The Impact You Will Make
  • Define the Growth Strategy: Own the overarching product roadmap for our Delivery as a Service (DaaS) business line, identifying new market opportunities, evaluating competitive landscapes, and defining the path to massive scale.
  • Advocate and Secure Resourcing: Adeptly navigate the organization to pitch strategic initiatives, advocate for necessary engineering and operational resources, and ensure organizational buy-in from executive level stakeholders.
  • Drive Business Outcomes: Partner closely with Logistics, Sales, and Operations leadership to align on pricing models, SLA standards, and go-to-market strategies that drive revenue and volume growth.
  • Own the DaaS Delivery Lifecycle: Serve as the SME for the entire DaaS delivery flow. Understand the intricate touchpoints across dispatch, routing, ETA, and support, pulling in the right cross-functional teams at the right time to ensure flawless execution.
  • Build for B2B Scale & Process Integration: Lead the development of robust external APIs, merchant portals, and webhook integrations. Partner with the business team on establishing standard operating procedures and onboarding processes required to scale external partner integrations efficiently.
  • Oversee Complex Execution:Write Product Briefs and review architectural requirement docs. Partner with engineering teams to ensure our backend systems can support the unique SLAs of third-party volume without disrupting core operations.
  • Leverage Analytics: Write SQL queries in Redash to uncover performance trends, identify irregularities, and measure the impact of product changes.
  • Cross-Organizational Quarterbacking: Drive complex, multi-team dependencies. When launching a new partner or capability, smoothly orchestrate the efforts of logistics, billing, engineering, legal, and support teams.
  • Act as a Force Multiplier: Raise the bar for the entire product organization. Establish best practices for product discovery, data analysis, and technical scoping across the team.
  • Mentor and Guide:Provide formal and informal mentorship to mid-level and senior PMs within the logistics and fulfillment pods, ensuring their system-level work aligns with the broader DaaS strategy.

What You Bring To The Table
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in logistics, marketplace platforms, gig economy, or operations-heavy tech; shipped 0-to-1 products that reached meaningful scale.
  • B2B & Platform Expertise: Experience building and scaling B2B SaaS, API-driven platforms, or white-label solutions.
  • Scaling & Process Building: A proven history of taking early-stage products and establishing the necessary processes, frameworks, and operational rigors to scale them into mature offerings.
  • Data-Driven Rigor: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to leverage quantitative insights and qualitative research to inform strategy, drive alignment, secure resources, and measure success.
  • Technical & Domain Depth: Ability to go deep into system architecture, API design, and backend routing, while going wide enough to connect these systems to the broader business ecosystem.
  • Executive Presence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a history of successfully influencing executive leadership and external enterprise partners.
  • Track record of cross-functional leadership, successfully shipping products under tight timelines while partnering with design, engineering, data science, and business teams.
  • Startup-ready mindset, featuring rapid prototyping, crisp scoping, clear communication, and comfort owning ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Experience designing AI-powered workflows or tools that hide complexity from users, making sophisticated capabilities feel simple and intuitive.
  • Proven ability to define and validate business models, working with finance and operations teams to ensure unit economics work while building products users love.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome-and encouraged-to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
