Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of experience, hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license, demonstrate exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and communication skills. This role is pivotal in leading projects, mentoring staff, and ensuring the highest standard of electrical engineering practice.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead and manage electrical engineering projects from conception through completion.
  • Supervise and mentor junior and mid-level engineering staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Serve as a technical resource for staff, encouraging questions and professional growth.
  • Ensure all designs and installations comply with project requirements, codes, and other applicable standards.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Review and approve engineering documents, calculations, drawings, and specifications.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
