  • Lead complex employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, and investigations requiring independent judgment and strategic thinking
  • Mentor the People Business Partner team, providing guidance, coaching, and support on client relationships, and complex HR matters
  • Identify trends and patterns in Ground Ops data and metrics, translating them into actionable recommendations and solutions
  • Partner with talent acquisition to shape hiring strategies and leveling architectures that support Ground Ops' needs and align with company leveling frameworks
  • Lead organizational design and restructuring projects that support operational efficiency and team effectiveness
  • Develop and champion compensation and benefits strategies specific to hourly and non-exempt populations
  • Participate in company-wide people initiatives and cross-functional projects, ensuring Ground Ops' voice is heard and represented
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior Ground Ops leaders, warehouse managers, and operational teams across regions

  • Deep understanding of hourly and non-exempt workforce challenges, including retention, engagement, scaling, and operational culture
  • Strong experience in high-growth or rapidly scaling companies
  • Excellent strategic thinking and independent judgment in complex, ambiguous situations
  • Ability to think systems-wide and connect people strategy to operational and business outcomes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to influence and persuade across levels
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities
