About the position

The Specialized Partner Enablement Manager drives strategic initiatives to empower our vital global partners, establishing and strengthening relationships and providing essential resources and support for effective product or service delivery. Leads the process from partner SoW development to project kickoff in collaboration with sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead partner training programs on Keyfactor solutions, services, and best practices.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate partners about our products, services, positioning, and competitive advantages.
  • Create and curate training content, including presentations, webinars, and product guides, tailored to different partner segments.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of partner enablement programs.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to management regarding partner performance and the impact of enablement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with vital global partners, acting as the primary point of contact and technical champion for partner inquiries and issues.
  • Provide ongoing support to partners, address technical questions, and anticipate potential obstacles, mapping out solutions as needed.
  • Lead the transition of projects from SoW to kickoff and from partner delivery to Keyfactor Support/Customer Success Teams for steady state handoff.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partner inquiries, concerns, and escalations, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales to write partner SoWs for subcontracted work and ensure business goals are defined and attained.
  • Reduce time to value through structured project playbooks.
  • Lead collaborations with the sales and global service teams to ensure partners have the necessary resources to effectively scope and deliver Keyfactor projects.
  • Be a leader in cross-functional meetings to drive alignment on business priorities and ensure consistent messaging to partners.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
  • Profound expertise in a specific IT domain or technology stack.
  • Mastery of industry trends, company-specific strategies, and future-oriented innovations.
  • Capability to influence and drive significant organizational initiatives.
  • Experience in large enterprise IT environments (via services delivery, consulting, or technical sales enablement).
  • Strong consultation skills with customers, partners, and other external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems.
  • Proficient understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
  • Advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills with the most complex partner deployments.
  • Proficient knowledge of Active Directory Certificate Services and Active Directory Federation Services.
  • Proficiency with Unix/Linux.
  • Advanced scripting development using various Microsoft tools (SQL, Powershell, etc.).
  • Willingness to learn new product stacks, technologies, and APIs as needed.
  • Proficiency with Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
  • Proficient knowledge of Kerberos protocol - OAuth authentication.
  • Proficient knowledge of EJBCA product stack. #LI-NA1
