Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field focused on mixed-signal circuit design and verification.
• 12+ years experience in AMS design or verification of analog and power-management ICs.
• Proficiency in UVM environments covering test cases and global checkers.
• In-depth knowledge of power-management components like LDOs, amplifiers, and DCDC regulators.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills with effective communication abilities.
• Expertise in mixed-signal concepts including Spice/Spectre simulation and silicon debug.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact for catalog and custom power-management integrated circuits (ICs).
• Create and implement design verification plans driven by metrics and customer use-case scenarios.
• Design constrained random tests and automated checkers in the TLDV UVM environment.
• Develop high-performance VerilogAMS or RNM models for TL simulation purposes.
• Work closely with design teams to troubleshoot verification issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure first-pass testability of devices.
• Drive improvements in verification methodologies aligning with industry best practices and automate tasks where applicable.
