We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead - Mechanical Design Engineering to oversee and guide mechanical design activities across multiple product development programs.

This role requires a hands-on engineering leader with strong product development expertise, excellent technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary and multi-site teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume manufacturing environments, injection molding, and medical device or regulated industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and lead technical design teams across one or more development programs in a multi-disciplinary and multi-site environment.
