Job Description

What you'll do

As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
  • Work autonomously on financial analysis for 16 regional contracts, delegating work to other analysts as needed
  • Coordinate with three wholly-owned Finance teams
  • Work closely with presidents (VP/SVP) level to ensure proper communication to our regional contacts
  • Create labor models and reports to make sure we are disciplined with our regional cost structure

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or other related or relevant field
  • 4 years of work experience

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience
  • At least 2 years experience in Labor Analysis, Financial Analysis, and/or Regional Planning
  • MBA, or other relevant Master's degree

Skills, Licenses & Certifications
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Strong presentation skillls (both verbal and written)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
