NOTICE OF POSTING

POSITION: Principal Field Development Engineer

WORKSITE: 17220 Katy Freeway, Houston, TX 77094

Responsibilities include: Reporting to the Field Development Director and Senior Field Development Manager; establishing the technical input as well as cost basis for all studies and pre FEED proposals; executing the field development technical strategy based upon client needs on tenders and projects, measuring internal performance targets; establishing the resource requirements for studies and projects, liaising with internal departments to obtain and mobilize resources needed for execution of studies and projects; ensuring the technical scope is delivered within budget, schedule, in accordance with quality standards and client needs; identifying risk and establishing mitigation strategies; maintaining an accurate register of progress, man-hours and forecast and completion, reporting this information on a weekly basis; ensuring the study/project complies with all regulatory requirements; reviewing and approving input tenders and project technical proposals to ensure they are viable, appropriately qualified and in accordance with best practices, budget is appropriate to execute the scope in accordance with contract and client requirements, timing for project activities is properly established, and schedule is completed.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural Engineering, or closely related field and a minimum of 120 months' relevant subsea engineering experience including managing technical work packages with budget and schedule responsibility, technical knowledge and experience designing, installing and procurement for projects including Subsea Umbilical Riser Flowline (SURF), Conventional and IMR; and managing relevant HSEQ activities.
