What you'll be doing...
Lead the design of customer experiences for consumer products, focusing on user context and business goals to develop solutions, communicate project details, and articulate design decisions to stakeholders (15%); Manage the Project Master file and Local Design System, identify, escalate, and mitigate project risks (10%); Lead the design processes, and manage sprint planning and team capacity (20%); Write detailed user stories for design handoff and QA verification, adhering to Gherkin syntax to ensure clear/actionable requirements (10%); Facilitate design activities, establish best practices and ensure the use of shared tools/systems to shape design solutions (10%); Build an understanding of related tools and software impacting end-product, identify, escalate, and help remove impediments, and teach design-led processes and best practices (10%); Manage designers and act as a mentor and thought leader, sharing expertise and guiding new team members in design-led processes and best practices (15%); Seek opportunities to contribute to thought leadership in the broader design community, and collaborate with various teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance user experience and drive business success (10%).
What we're looking for...
Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Product Design, HMI Design, User Experience Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or as a UI/UX Designer, Digital Product Designer, Industrial Designer, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include 6 years with communication design, using Microsoft Office or Google suite, and a digital design software such as Figma, and/or Sketch, and/or Adobe Creative Suite; and 4 years in user experience design in Agile software delivery environment, using Jira. Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US.
RATE OF PAY: $189,562 to $275,000 per year.

Where you'll be working
In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
