Overall Purpose: Lead the governance, coordination, and transformation of Sales Planning processes by orchestrating cross-functional planning timelines, managing data dependencies, and driving the modernization of quota, module, and compensation workflows. This role ensures accurate, on-time execution of planning deliverables while transforming existing processes through standardization, automation, tooling enablement, and AI-driven enhancements to support scalable and reliable business operations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Data Governance & Quality Assurance:
Establish and enforce data standards, mapping rules, and governance checkpoints to ensure alignment across systems and prevent discrepancies impacting quota, compensation, and reporting accuracy.
Analytics & Strategic Insights:
Analyze planning, quota, and performance data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for process improvement; provide recommendations that drive business decisions and operational efficiency.
Planning Governance & Cross-Functional Coordination:
Serve as the single point of accountability for orchestrating planning timelines, dependencies, and handoffs across Sales Planning, Finance, Compensation, HR, Sales Ops, Reporting, and Product teams to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
Program Management of Transformation Initiatives:
Lead and manage Sales Planning transformation projects, including tooling enablement, quota and module design standardization, process automation, and AI enhancement initiatives across multiple Sales and Rev Ops teams.
Process Design & Future-State Realization:
Document current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and define and drive implementation of standardized, scalable future-state processes with embedded governance and controls.
Continuous Improvement & Automation Enablement:
Identify recurring breakdowns in planning processes and lead initiatives to eliminate manual work through system-enabled workflows, automation, and scalable operating models.
Job Contribution: Recognized expert driving both execution and transformation of Sales Planning operations. Applies deep business and operational knowledge to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that standardize processes, improve data integrity, and modernize planning capabilities. Influences senior leadership decisions, ensures alignment across Sales and RevOps functions, and delivers scalable solutions that reduce risk, improve accuracy, and enable long-term growth.

Leads enterprise-wide governance and transformation of highly complex, cross-functional Sales Planning processes. Manages interdependent data, systems, and workflows across multiple organizations while delivering advanced analytics, strategic process redesign, and large-scale program execution to solve complex business challenges.
Education: Bachelors degree (BS/BA) desired in Computer Science, Math, etc.
Experience: 7+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
