Key Responsibilities: tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Program Leadership & Execution:
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for acquisition and retention offer initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, timeline, and business outcomes
- Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Finance, Tech Dev, CX, and Market organizations
- Establish program structure, governance, milestones, and reporting to enable consistent delivery
Offer Strategy Enablement:
- Partner with Pricing & Market Development leaders to enable: Acquisition offer strategy & development (WLS, AIA, Converged) Retention offer strategy & lifecycle management, Local pricing strategy, and market-specific offer optimization
- Translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps and implementation plans
Business Case & Financial Alignment:
- Support development and validation of business cases for new offers and pricing strategies
- Align initiatives with capital planning, marketing budget development, and financial targets
- Ensure trade-offs are clearly articulated and aligned with leadership
Stakeholder Management & Executive Communication:
- Serve as a single point of coordination across senior stakeholders
- Facilitate alignment across: Local forecasting and scenario planning teams, Go-to-market and competitive response teams, and Market intelligence and analytics partners
- Deliver clear, concise executive updates on program status, risks, and decisions required
Offer Governance & Quality Assurance:
- Ensure adherence to offer governance processes, approvals, and compliance requirements
- Drive quality control across offer design, pricing accuracy, and execution readiness
- Identify risks, dependencies, and issues proactively and lead resolution across teams

- Influences executive decision-making across pricing, marketing, and go-to-market functions

Supervisor:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired.
Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience.
- Certification is required in some areas.
Our Lead Project/Program Mgmt. earns between$106,100 - $178,200 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
