The Principals will be responsible for ensuring overall excellence and strong student outcomes. Ideal candidates will come from a high performing charter school network and have a demonstrated record of fostering academic success.
Responsibilities:- Lead by example and set the standard for excellence in instructional knowledge, planning, and implementation
- Foster a school culture that is joyful and and rigorous for staff, students, and families
- Build relationships with staff, students, and families
- Utilize a data driven approach to ensure success in academic outcomes for all students across subject areas
- Develop the school leadership team to effectively manage and coach
- Create standards for problem solving and student outcomes ensuring a commitment to student outcomes
Qualifications:- At least 3 years of teaching experience and 2+ years of relevant principal experience
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience at a high-performing charter school/network is preferred
- History of strong academic outcomes
- Strong connection to the organization's mission and educational philosophy
- Ability to provide an influential leadership presence and an experienced people manager
- Data-driven with a clear vision of instructional excellence
