The Google Public Sector Principal Architect role is a hybrid technical and business advisor role. Responsibilities - Build a trusted advisory relationship with education accounts and engage with Architects, Vice Presidents, Chief Technical Officers and Chief Information Officers to identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the entire Google ecosystem to deliver value and resolve blockers.
- Provide domain expertise around public cloud and enterprise technology, and promote Google Cloud with public sector customers, at conferences, and online.
- Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and application infrastructure required to implement a complete solution while providing best practices to customers to optimize Google Cloud effectiveness.
- Manage the enterprise architecture relationship with customers by collaborating with specialists, product management, technical teams, and more.
- Onsite client-facing work at least 3 days a week with Stanford University.
