Job Overview
This role is essential for aligning business needs with technical solutions to support various organizational channels effectively. This role involves gathering, analyzing, and documenting user stories and requirements for existing and new applications. This role facilitates communication between business units and technical teams to ensure solution alignment and completeness. Success in this role is measured by the accuracy of requirement documentation, effective stakeholder collaboration, and the delivery of cost-effective systems. The work impacts organizational efficiency and customer service by enabling well-defined and traceable system and process improvements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead business and technical analysis to solve complex problems and guide decision-making impacting systems and projects
  • Review and provide feedback on technical and business decisions, developing standards based on current and future technology roadmaps
  • Serve as a business and technical leader, directing business and IT teams on technical issues related to projects and problems
  • Mentor analysts and lead process improvement initiatives within the department to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Facilitate business leadership and stakeholders in defining business roadmaps to align strategic objectives
  • Analyze system impacts, perform gap and cost/benefit analyses to support system or product/service initiatives
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed


Education and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience
    OR a combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • Critical thinking skills with a view toward process automation, evaluation and/or enhancement (Required)
  • Advanced knowledge of utilizing and writing SQL queries using output/results for executive level presentations. (Required)
  • Acceptable areas of study include Management Information Systems, IT, Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
  • More than 10 years Systems analysis experience with understanding strategic business information systems. (Preferred)
  • Experience with SharePoint. (Preferred)

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
