We’re looking for a Principal, AI Strategy & Transformation to join us in in our Alpharetta, GA office. This is a full-time, onsite position. You’ll join an awesome team to support our growing operations.

About the role

We are looking for a Principal, AI Strategy & Transformation to lead and accelerate internal AI transformation initiatives across the organization.

This role sits within the Strategy function and will help shape how AI is adopted, governed, and scaled to improve the way we work. Partnering closely with business leaders, operational teams, and AI engineers, you will drive the execution of our AI roadmap, identify opportunities for automation and efficiency, and ensure initiatives remain aligned to strategic business priorities.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing business strategy, process improvement, and emerging AI capabilities. You will bring structure and visibility to a growing portfolio of initiatives, helping teams move from ideas to measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• ⁠Identify and drive the execution of internal AI transformation initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Develop and manage AI roadmaps, priorities, and implementation plans while establishing governance and oversight to ensure alignment, visibility, and accountability across AI initiatives.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and AI engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Track and report on the progress and impact of AI initiatives, promoting best practices and ensuring investments generate meaningful business value.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to streamline processes, automate manual work, and implement AI-enabled solutions.

About you

You are entrepreneurial, hands-on and comfortable working across strategy, operations, engineering and business teams. You can investigate problems, understand numbers, challenge assumptions and step back to assess broader direction. 

Key Requirements:

• Substantial experience in strategy, transformation, AI enablement, automation, or program management
• Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital transformation, or technology-enabled change.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams and influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience establishing governance, operating frameworks, and accountability mechanisms.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to driving change.

To be ahead of the pack, you might have:

• Experience with AI, automation, digital workers, workspaces or Workbench solutions
• Experience developing governance for emerging technology initiatives
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide or multi-domain transformation programs
• Experience coordinating complex, cross-functional initiatives
