Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience leading and mobilizing internal, matrixed teams to deliver unified client solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive incremental business pitches using business cases, incrementality data, and margin-based measurement frameworks.
  • Strong technical and commercial mastery of Google's AI-powered portfolio of Search products.
  • Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships and pitching directly to executive/C-level marketing and merchandising executives.
  • High comfort with navigating ambiguous, changing environments and proactively testing client legacy thinking with fresh, data-driven ideas.


Responsibilities

  • Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
