Salary: $268,000 - $363,000 a year (Depending on experience)

An established, long-standing Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in Riverside County is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our mission-driven clinical team at our
Beaumont, CA location.
This position is 100% outpatient with zero nights, zero weekends, and no inpatient round responsibilities. To support clinical wellness and longevity, we offer a highly predictable schedule, dedicated weekly administrative time, a flexible 32-hour workweek option, and a structured quarterly retention bonus during your first year.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care, routine wellness exams, and preventive care to a diverse patient demographic.
- Diagnose, treat, and manage both acute illnesses and chronic health conditions.
- Order, interpret, and track laboratory work, diagnostic imaging, and relevant tests.
- Prescribe medications, manage therapies, and administer routine vaccinations.
- Coordinate complex care plans and specialist referrals within a collaborative, team-based care model.
- Maintain accurate, efficient documentation within the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
- Collaborate alongside nursing staff, behavioral health specialists, and care coordinators.
- Optional: Opportunities are available to precept medical students or residents if desired.
Qualifications & Skills- Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
- Residency: Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.
- Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Family Medicine.
- Licensure: Active, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of California (or eligible to obtain).
- Credentials: Active DEA registration and current BLS certification.
- Language (Preferred): Medical bilingual fluency (English/Spanish or English/Arabic) is highly valued but not required.
Schedule- 8-hour shift
- Day shift: Monday to Friday (No nights, no weekends)
- Flexible options for a 32-hour / 4-day workweek schedule
Ability to Commute/Relocate- Beaumont, CA: Reliably commute to the clinic or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
