Pay: Salary between $170,000 - $190,000 (possible stretch for exceptional candidates) + Bonus (5-10%) + Profit Sharing (7.5%)
Job Overview:
A global professional services firm is seeking a Pricing Manager to join its high-impact finance team in Downtown Los Angeles, CA, or New York, NY. This hybrid role focuses on partnering with practice group leaders and client teams to create and execute strategic pricing models that enhance profitability while aligning with client expectations.
In this position, you will lead fee negotiations, design pricing strategies, and deliver actionable financial insights to leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned pricing professional with strong analytical skills and the ability to influence at the partner and C-suite level.
Sched ule and Shift: - Full-time
- Hybrid: Office location in LA or NYC (specific hybrid schedule determined by team)
Pr imary Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct a detailed financial analysis to identify opportunities for revenue and profitability growth
- Build and present pricing reports with actionable recommendations for leadership
- Serve as the primary contact for partners and clients during pricing discussions
- Lead complex fee negotiations, ensuring alignment with firm standards and client needs
- Create and implement standardized processes for pricing support across practice groups
Q ualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years of analytical experience in finance or professional services
- 2+ years leading projects or strategic initiatives
- Strong financial modeling and presentation skills
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Business Objects
- Proven experience influencing senior leadership and executives
- Background in law firm or RFP pricing preferred but not required
