As Pricing Analyst you are responsible for supporting seamless operations across the indirect sales channel, while partnering closely with Sales teams to achieve revenue and margin targets. You will manage municipal bid submissions, customer and distributor relationships, pricing execution, and issue resolution, while providing critical reporting and insights to leadership. You will also leverage cross-functional collaboration and strong technical expertise in tools like SAP, Salesforce, and Tableau to support decision-making, optimize performance, and drive business outcomes.
Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions of the Job
- Support seamless business operations in the indirect commercial sales market to enable the Sales Team to achieve individual and Business Line targets.
- Research, complete, and submit municipal bid documents for North American region, which includes:
- Collaboration with sales, product management, and price team on product recommendations and price offering
- Provides technical documentation (SDS, TDS, etc) as per bid requirements.
- Provides other supporting documentation for bids as requests.
- Coordinates signatures for bid submissions and contracts.
- Support the Pricing and Commercial teams in executing margin improvement plans.
- Maintains regular contact with product management team to understand business goals.
- Assists with execution of price plans for each fiscal year.
- Manage indirect customer facing requirements:
- provide pricing information as required
- support account receivables needs
- lead problem resolution effort
- familiarity with freight, logistics, and cost-to-serve considerations.
- Handle customer, agent, and distributor document management, including contract execution, bid bonds, insurance documentation, etc.
- Address queries from Commercial and Regional teams (Pricing, FP&A, Product Management) regarding pricing, margins, and related matters.
- Serve as a key user for commercial tools and provide training to team members.
Requirements for the role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business preferred
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in various systems including SAP, Tableau, Salesforce, PriceFx
- Notary is Required, but can be applied at a later date
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a similar capacity

The expected compensation range for this position is between $70,250.00 and $103,026.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.
