We are seeking a high-impact Pre-Sales Consultant with deep expertise in AI, Data & Analytics to support business development and solution shaping across enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of consulting, solutioning, and client engagement, translating business challenges into compelling, technology-led proposals and winning solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical depth, commercial acumen, and exceptional communication skills, with the flexibility to travel globally and engage with clients on-site.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Lead solution development and articulation for client opportunities across AI, Data & Analytics
Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals, RFP responses, and PoVs
Translate client requirements into end-to-end solution architectures and value propositions
Support pricing, commercials, and deal structuring
Client Engagement & Advisory
Engage with senior client stakeholders to understand business challenges and transformation goals
Position AI-led and data-driven solutions aligned to client priorities • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations
Act as a trusted advisor during early-stage engagement cycles 3
AI & Data Expertise
Demonstrate strong understanding of:
AI / GenAI use cases and enterprise adoption patterns o Data platforms, architectures, and analytics ecosystems
Modern frameworks including data strategy, governance, and AI-enabled analytics
Stay current with emerging trends, tools, and platforms in the AI and data landscape
Proposal & Content Development
Develop high-quality client presentations, proposals, and solution documents
Create compelling storylines, value cases, and executive narratives
Contribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and knowledge repositories
Collaboration & Enablement
Work closely with global teams across consulting, engineering, and industry practices
Support internal enablement by sharing best practices and solution frameworks
Contribute to thought leadership and go-to-market initiative
Key Skills & Experience Core Skills
Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and Data & Analytics technologies
Solid understanding of: o Data platforms (cloud, lakehouse, modern data stack)
Data governance, architecture, and analytics frameworks
Ability to develop integrated business + technology solutions
Consulting & Pre-Sales Skills
Proven experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or advisory roles
Strong ability to structure and articulate complex solutions clearly
Experience with RFPs, proposals, and client presentations
Communication & Presentation
Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills
Ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and executives
Strong visualisation and slide development capabilities (executive-ready)
Mobility & Flexibility
Full mobility required, with willingness to travel extensively across geographies
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Relevant certifications in cloud, AI, or data platforms desirable

Excellent knowledge of the Data Analytics landscape in regard to vendors and technical solutions (e.g. Databricks, Snowflake, Agentic solutions etc).
Salary Range: 152500-206300 a year
