Location: Charles Town, WV | Martinsburg, WV | Winchester, VA Firm: Skinner Accident & Injury Lawyers

This is an opportunity to handle meaningful personal injury cases from intake through pre-suit resolution while working alongside an established team dedicated to delivering exceptional client outcomes.
Your Mission

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will take primary responsibility for managing personal injury cases from intake through demand and pre-suit settlement negotiations in Virginia and/or West Virginia, depending on your licensure. You will build strong case foundations, advocate for clients at every stage of the pre-suit process, and collaborate with a team committed to achieving results. You will work closely with the litigation team to ensure a seamless transition for any case that requires filing suit.
