Responsibilities
• 2-5 years of litigation experience in personal injury, specifically in motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, dog bites, and other injury matters
• Client Intakes
• Assemble Demand Packages for Insurance Carriers
• Settlement Negotiations
• Court Appearances, Depositions
• Manage a team of Personal Injury Paralegal
