Your Mission

As a Trial Attorney, you will take primary responsibility for litigating personal injury cases in Virginia and, where licensed, West Virginia courts. You will manage complex litigation, advocate for clients at every stage of the legal process, and collaborate with a team that is committed to achieving outstanding results.

Case Management & Client Advocacy
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and other negligence claims.
  • Provide proactive, compassionate communication to clients while guiding them through the litigation process.
  • Ensure all matters are handled efficiently, ethically, and in accordance with firm standards.
  • Work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to maintain case momentum and exceptional client service.
Team Collaboration
  • Partner with attorneys and leadership across the firm to develop litigation strategies.
  • Mentor junior legal staff as appropriate and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in professional networking and community events that support the firm's reputation and relationships.


Qualifications

$115,000 - $150,000
