Responsibilities

  • Identifies gaps in authorizations, referrals, and documentation

  • Designs and implements strategies to improve patient/family satisfaction
  • Handles escalated patient/family concerns
  • Uses data to identify and address workflow inefficiencies
  • Acts as a liaison across care teams, leadership, and external partners

Job Overview

The Practice Manager is a proactive and hands-on leader who excels in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.  This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinic operations, fostering collaboration across clinical and administrative teams, and driving continuous improvement.  The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, clear communication, and strong problem-solving skills to every facet of practice management.  Accountable for performance across assigned services, the Practice Manager cultivates and high-performance culture focused on quality care, patient experience, regulatory compliance, safety, and financial stewardship in alignment with Shriners Children's mission and values.  

 

The pay range for this position is $85,675.20/yr - $146,889.60/yr. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
