Key Areas of Responsibility

Strategic Leadership & Culture
• Team Development: Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team of clinical and administrative staff.
• Operational Agility: Oversee daily workflows and staffing schedules to ensure seamless clinic coverage and patient flow.

Financial & Operational Excellence
• P&L Management: Take full ownership of key financial indicators, including P&L oversight, accounts receivable, and CPT frequency analysis.
• Business Intelligence: Translate monthly financial and management reports into actionable strategies to improve practice profitability.
• Strategic Scheduling: Analyze and optimize physician schedules to maximize patient access and provider productivity.
• Partner effectively with management services organization (MSO) to implement / roll out corporate growth initiatives aimed at improving quality and enhancing financial performance of the care centers.
• Drive standardization to implement consistent workflows, policies, and standard operating procedures across clinical sites

Compliance & Patient Advocacy
• Quality Assurance: Ensure the practice remains a "center of excellence" by upholding rigorous regulatory compliance and HIPAA-mandated patient confidentiality.
• Corporate Liaison: Represent the practice at monthly and quarterly regional meetings and maintain a collaborative partnership with the MSO.

Candidate Profile

Education & Experience
• Academic Background: Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Management preferred; Master's Degree (MHA/MBA) highly preferred.
• Proven Track Record: 3• 5 years of progressive management experience within a high-volume healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a private practice setting.. Advanced proficiency with EMR systems and data-driven performance metrics, including business intelligence software. Experience leading successful teams in a data rich environment.

Physical & Environmental Demands:

This role operates in a professional medical office environment and requires the ability to remain mobile throughout the clinic. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly (verbal and written) and utilize standard office technology. Travel between offices within a care center is required.

Supervisory Responsibility:

This role supervises 10 • 15+ Team Members, Office Supervisors and Managers.

Travel:

This position may travel between offices within a care center.
