Job Purpose:

The Practice Administrator provides leadership and oversight of daily clinic operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and patient-centered care delivery. This role is responsible for managing clinic workflows, supervising staff, optimizing operational performance, and supporting providers to deliver a high-quality patient experience.

The Practice Administrator also oversees key administrative functions, including immigration physical documentation processes, ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence across all areas of the organization.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow, efficiency, and a high standard of patient care consistent with aclinic practice manager model.
  • Manage clinic staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation to support operational needs and patient volume.
  • Supervise and support front-line staff, including Receptionists, Medical Assistants (MAs), and Patient Service Representatives (PSRs).
  • Monitor operational performance and key metrics (KPIs), implementing process improvements to enhance productivity and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and organizational policies.
  • Serve as a liaison between clinical staff, providers, and leadership to ensure alignment and operational effectiveness.
  • Lead, coach, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous development.
  • Promote a patient-centered approach by addressing feedback and implementing service improvements.
  • Oversee and support the processing and administration of immigration physical documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accuracy in documentation.
  • Support provider workflows to ensure efficient patient flow and minimize delays in care delivery.
  • Collaborate with leadership on operational improvements and clinic growth initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with community partners and support outreach efforts as needed.
