Account Supervisor (AS) for our Consumer Brands practice in our New York or Atlanta office. As an integral member of the team, this AS will be responsible for the development and execution of PR plans and leading day-to-day account activities

Our full list of responsibilities may be seen below:- Lead development of innovative, results-oriented, integrated campaigns that drive business results - with a keen focus on PR and media relations, and the ability to advise and support digital and influencer strategies and execution
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on both long-lead campaigns and quick-turn, earned first opportunities
- Staying current with the latest developments in consumer, pop culture, lifestyle and trends
- Agile and collaborative working style with a strong attention to detail - demonstrated ability to work against tight timelines
- Develop and support PR, brand partnership and potential top-tier celebrity campaigns, partnerships and events
- Regularly employ and integrate AI into workflow and help teams adopt best practices
- Collaborate with team to prepare and present integrated PR strategies (including earned, social and influencer) and briefs to internal teams and clients
- Lead large scale activations and product launches with the goal of securing impactful earned media results
- Maintain strong relationships with editors across national, regional and local/trade publications spanning a wide variety of verticals
Job Requirements:- 5+ years previous experience and a B.A. in Public Relations, Communications or a related discipline
- Deep understanding of the automotive industry, including OEM operations, vehicle development cycles, product launches, and the broader mobility landscape
- Proven experience supporting vehicle launches, refreshes, or major product moments, with an understanding of how engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing timelines intersect
- Ability to translate complex automotive concepts (powertrains, platforms, performance, technology features) into compelling narratives for media, influencers, and consumers
- Deep understanding of public and media relations - including PR activations/campaigns integrated across earned, social and digital - and how it relates/influences efforts across brands and campaigns
- Must be a self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple hot projects and take initiative, sometimes with little guidance
- Proven experience in helping to lead teams to execute client programs with a blend of strong time management, team building and mentoring - this person should be comfortable taking the lead with minimal direction from their VP/SVP/EVP
- History of high-quality client service, including strong relationships with clients, being a trusted and go-to partner, and engaging with clients in a timely and appropriate manner
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, as well as an ability to develop and present compelling client proposals
- Interest in pop culture and being on the pulse of what's trending
- Background in working with global clients/teams a plus, though not required

Compensation Range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
