Full Job Description
Job Duties Include but Are Not Limited To

  • Lead PPBE and budget formulation requirements across the implementation of OneStream
  • Advise the team on CFO operations, appropriations, exhibits, J-Books, formulation, review, approval, and downstream budget processes
  • Lead senior-level functional discussions with stakeholders and BSOs
  • Identify enterprise-common requirements versus legitimate BSO-specific requirements
  • Translate financial management requirements into functional design and acceptance criteria
  • Review OneStream solution design for alignment with CFO mission requirements
  • Support financial controls, data integrity, reconciliation, testing, and Government acceptance
  • Provide senior quality review of functional deliverables and configured capabilities
  • Support development of the enterprise operating model for Pre-PBIS

Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 15 years of DoD financial management, budget, PPBE, or related consulting experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of federal budget formulation and execution
  • Ability to translate complex financial-management requirements into business and system requirements
  • Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
  • Ability to be onsite 2-3 days a week in Alexandria, VA and Washington, DC
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance (or higher, such as Secret, Top Secret or TS/SCI) to be considered for this role (requires U.S. citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications
  • DoW PPBE experience
  • Experience within FM&C, a BSO, or comparable DoW financial organization
  • Enterprise financial transformation experience
  • OneStream/EPM implementation experience
  • CPA, CGFM, CDFM, PMP, or comparable credential

The expected salary range for this position is between $103,000 and $180,000. This range is representative of base pay only and does not include straight time pay for hours worked over 40 per week, company contributions towards paid benefits, and/or bonuses. Actual compensation (meeting or exceeding the range) will be determined based on specific experience, education, work location, clearance level, and other factors permitted by law. This position is eligible for bonuses (when applicable).
