Position Description: We are seeking a Senior Power BI / Power Apps Developer with 8-12 years of experience to design and deliver data-driven dashboards and business applications, with strong client-facing communication skills, hands-on development expertise, and a proactive, delivery-focused mindset. This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, requiring onsite presence at the downtown Toronto office and/or client site a minimum of 2 days per week.
Your future duties and responsibilities: - Design and develop solutions using Power BI and Power Apps
- Build dashboards and reports from scratch based on business requirements
- Gather and translate requirements from business users into technical solutions
- Follow SDLC best practices in design, development, and delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure clear communication throughout delivery
- Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a strong "get things done" attitude
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: - 8-12 years of development experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI and Power Apps development
- Proven experience building dashboards and reports from scratch
- Strong understanding of SDLC and best development practices
- Excellent communication skills with ability to gather and clarify business requirements
- Strong ownership mindset and leadership attitude
**CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $65,000-$115,000. This role is an existing vacancy.**
