We supportgrid infrastructure, generation, energy storage and large-load/data-centreprojects through front-end studies, technical advisory and digital tools.
Asa power systems advisor, you'll work closely with engineers,project managers and clients to help develop and interconnect energyinfrastructure projects across Ontario and the rest of Canada, gaining broadexposure to power systems engineering, project coordination, client interactionand grid advisory services.

With us, you'll get the opportunity to...- Conduct power systems modelling, load flow analyses and feasibility assessments for grid infrastructure, generation, energy storage and large-load projects
- Support the operation and continuous improvement of BBA's proprietary grid advisory and interconnection tools used by clients across Canada
- Work with development teams to roll out new tool features, datasets and enhancements based on user feedback and market trends
- Deliver advisory-tool services such as interconnection screening, injection capacity reviews and preliminary project assessments
- Coordinate front-end engineering studies, feasibility assessments and project development with internal teams, clients and external stakeholders
- Contribute to engineering analyses, technical reports, presentations, proposals and client deliverables
- Participate in site visits, client meetings, workshops and project reviews to support project development and execution
- Support proposal preparation, market research and business development initiatives for the team's pursuits across Ontario and the rest of Canada
- Develop your technical, project management and consulting skills through mentorship, training and hands-on project experience

Summaryof certification and job requirements- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline
- From 2 to 5 years of experience in power systems, utilities, energy consulting, transmission and distribution or related engineering fields; strong recent graduates with relevant internship, co-op or project experience are encouraged to apply
- Asset: master's degree in power systems, energy systems or a related field
- Asset: experience with power system analysis and modelling software (e.g., PSSE, CYME, ETAP)
- Asset: familiarity with utility processes, interconnection requirements or grid code requirements
- Asset: bilingual (English and French)
